What is Physical Therapy?
Physical Therapy uses scientific forms of assessment for the treatment of muscle & bone pain/problems. Massage, compression, stretching, and movement techniques are used in the treatment, management & prevention of pains and aches.
Each clients treatment will differ and will be dictated by their presenting pain & problem, upon which the necessary techniques are applied to bring about a positive change to heal/correct the dysfunction and hence an end to the pain.

About Me:-
I qualified as a Massage Therapist 7 years ago. In November 2008, I qualified as a Physical Therapist with the Institute of Physical Therapy & Applied Science. I am a fully registered member of the Irish Association of Physical Therapists.
I have 6 years hands on experience working in my husbands Osteopathy clinic, and have treated many problems ranging from Sciatica, Tennis/Golfers Elbow, Back pain, Neck ache & pain, to name just a few conditions.
I work from my home based clinic in Walterstown which is very easy to get too, as its just 5 minutes drive from the Kildare M7 motorway.
